Apperance
Kalista appears a pallid woman, could even seem unhealthy at first glimpse; Ashen hair and perpetually tired eyes contrast her youthful countenance (and body).
Distinguishing features.
Odd eye color, one grey and one pale blue. Thin and faded facial scar beneath right (grey) eye.

Kalista was adopted into a Hyur family at quite a young age. Thus she might behave more like a hyur than a miqo'te, granted she lacks understanding of her kins culture. This particular family found safety in caravans, propelled by magitek and/or chocobo-drawn, avoiding war infested regions. They have, for a time now, enjoyed the liberal situation in Dravanian Hinterlands. The flora is rich in fertile land, and there's plenty of shelter in the ruins. Although they have to share the land with goblins, who're natural tinkers, and the increasing number of settlers.
How Kalist came to consider mostly hyur family, is a nebulous tale she’s skeptical of. -Even so, is she more than appreciative of her adoptive parents- There are fractured bits and pieces of the truth scribbled in a disorganized family member's journal. She’s only sure that her family was lost in the blaze of war.

Traditional healing.
In a universe where magic is, perhaps, a more common method of healing, it might be more correctly called unorthodox healing; Kalista has a decent understanding of natural remedies, from plants medicinal properties to the application of.. morbol slime.
Reanimation.
Not to be confused with necromancy. There's a chance Kalista can partially or fully restore an organism to its intended purpose, as it's designed by nature or man. For example, a simple magitek contraption or a wilting plant brought back to a point in time it wasn't in disarray.
Aforementioned abilities are closely related to her so-called second sight.
Second Sight
Kalista has an untrained "sixth" sense that is occasionally inconvenient. At best it serves to warn her about manipulation aether flow and potential magic in the air; she's able perceive what the naked eye can't, to a degree. This ability is her bread and butter (she don't earn much)!
Occultism
There's no doubt in any mortal's heart that cosmos play part in their lives. Not all can be a part of the esteemed guilds, institutes of magic, what have you, that study otherworldly forces, but these entities does not have monopoly on wisdom; passed down by family, Kalista might be able to offer a unique perspect. Perhaps she's able to enchant a item etc. - She does imbue the bullets to her magic wand/boom stick.
The clan
Members of the clan does, in essence, share a bond of blood; either they're related or there's a informal blood pact between them. They mostly consist of Hyur, naturally, and this group of nomads (or gypsies) are especially xenophic. Many of their customs can be considered ancient, and their knowledge is guarded by every member. It is, in other words, a subculture with strong familiar ties between each member.

First of all, thank you for the interest in my character.
I will not give a lot of personal information, I only wish to make you aware of what you can expect in potential roleplay:
English isn't my first language, so I do make occasional mistakes. It's mostly my grammar that can seem a bit odd at times. That being said, I'm always trying to improve my writing, and I put a lot of effort into every emote. You can expect a focused RP partner (most of the time).
